HSE POLICY

BOHLAR Integrated Services Limited provides comprehensive industrial and engineering solutions, including process and utilities piping, equipment installation and commissioning, thermal and acoustic insulation, structural steel fabrication and erection, fire protection systems, EPIC services, and HVAC solutions.

We are committed to conducting our operations in a manner that protects the health and safety of our people, contractors, and stakeholders by providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health. We also commit to preventing environmental pollution, promoting sustainable use of resources, and delivering excellence in all our services.

To achieve this, we shall:

  • Eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks through proactive identification, assessment, and control of workplace risks;
  • Prevent environmental pollution and minimize our footprint in emissions, waste generation, energy, and water use;
  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and other requirements, including international standards;
  • Establish, implement, and continually improve our HSE Management System in line with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015;
  • Set measurable HSE objectives and targets, monitor performance, and report progress with the same priority as business results;
  • Promote worker consultation and participation at all levels to strengthen ownership of HSE performance;
  • Provide resources, training, and supervision to ensure employees and contractors understand and apply this policy;
  • Investigate incidents, occupational illnesses, and environmental events to identify root causes and prevent recurrence;
  • Integrate HSE considerations into all business processes and decision-making activities;
  • Communicate this policy to all relevant interested parties, including employees, contractors, clients, regulators, and the public.

This policy will be reviewed at least annually or sooner if significant changes occur in legislation, regulations, or business activities, to ensure it remains suitable, relevant, and effective.

As Managing Director, I endorse this policy and hold every employee accountable for integrating its principles into daily operations and decisions.
