QUALITY POLICY

BOHLAR Integrated Services Limited delivers comprehensive industrial and engineering solutions, including process and utilities piping, equipment installation and commissioning, thermal and acoustic insulation, structural steel fabrication and erection, fire protection systems, EPIC services, and HVAC solutions.

We are committed to consistently providing services that meet customer, statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements, while advancing our strategic goal of being a trusted leader in industrial engineering solutions within the region.

To achieve this, we shall:

  • Establish, implement, and continually improve a Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements;
  • Comply with all applicable legal, statutory, contractual, customer, and other subscribed requirements;
  • Provide a framework for setting, monitoring, and reviewing measurable quality objectives aligned with our strategic direction and stakeholder needs;
  • Ensure this policy is communicated, understood, and applied at all levels through leadership commitment, training, and awareness;
  • Make this policy available to relevant interested parties, including clients, regulators, and partners;
  • Drive continual improvement in our systems, processes, and services to enhance customer satisfaction and organizational performance.

This policy will be reviewed at least annually to ensure its ongoing suitability, adequacy, and alignment with BOHLAR’s objectives and the evolving expectations of our stakeholders.

As Managing Director, I endorse this policy and hold every employee accountable for upholding its principles as part of their daily work.
